Grimm Artisanal Ales — itsnotcorporatearchitecture

We transformed an industrial building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn into a brewery and taproom for Grimm Artisanal Ales. With simple architectural moves formed in elegant materials, the design harmonizes the manufacturing character of the building with specific production operations while welcoming beer loving patrons.

A 2nd floor enlargement including new taproom facilities and outdoor terrace is currently under construction.
