Our first ground-up building in NYC is a study in zoning, programming and construction sequencing and maximizing architectural effect with a minimal budget and material palette.

Here some of our formal values are on display: The use of simple platonic forms; rhythm and volume that respond to the industrial character of the site; a simple, efficient layout which can accommodate a myriad of potential future uses.
